Farzana Zarabi, MHC-LP

Mental Health Counselor

💬 English & Dari/Parsian

Healing isn’t about changing who you are; it’s about reconnecting with your authentic self with compassion. As a therapist, I believe in the power of feeling seen, heard, and understood. I believe therapy is a space where genuine connection fosters growth and change. My work centers on navigating life transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, greife, and self-worth struggles. I aim to help individuals deepen their self-awareness, work through past and present challenges, and develop more compassionate relationships.

My therapeutic approach integrates relational, psychodynamic, CBT, and mindfulness-based methods and is always grounded in respect for each individual’s lived experiences.

In our work together, I aim to create a warm, and attuned environment where you feel safe to explore the challenging parts of life while also discovering resilience, insight, and new possibilities. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Dari/Persian.
