Our Services – The Eye Hippo Camp, for Trauma and Beyond
Trauma therapy to quickly use your hippocampus to heal.
Trauma is not just manageable, it is treatable.
Why Eye Hippo Camp?
The Hippocampus is a part of the brain to process avoided memories that keep us stuck in suffering. Our therapy helps us process emotional memories and how they connect other with other memories. Not only does this therapy work surprisingly fast, the but targeted memories affect our thoughts, behaviors, and recreate a healthier mental experience of the world with a renewed meaning.
EMDR-style therapy uses the eye movement for triggering the Hippocampus, the Prolonged Exposure therapy uses the mind’s eye to do the same. Each style has its advantages and disadvantages.
We synthesize the two to suit your particular needs. It is like a summer camp for your mind.
More good news: this therapy is adaptable for things beyond therapy such as obsessions, worries, losses, anger, upsetting urges and thoughts, tolerance in relationships, and so many other applications.
