Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially during times of transition. I offer a grounded, judgment‑free environment where you can explore yourself with honesty and curiosity. I work to bring intersectional perspectives, feminist and anti‑oppressive frameworks, and gender‑ and neurodiversity‑affirming practices into the therapeutic relationship. My approach centers authenticity, mutual respect, and cultural humility.

I’m in the final year of my graduate training in mental health counseling, with over 24 years of experience advising undergraduate and graduate students, specializing in supporting non‑traditional and returning adult students through academic and career transitions. That long history of working with people seeking new directions or rediscovering long‑held interests deeply shapes my relational, direct, and attuned therapeutic style. As a veteran, I also bring personal insight into the types of transitions and identity shifts that can accompany significant personal changes to career and living circumstances and to adjusting to life after service.

A core belief in my work is that you are the expert of your own life and your own story. I have particular interest in working with neurodivergent adults, LGBTQ+ clients, caregivers, veterans, and individuals navigating life transitions, emotional dysregulation, masculinity, self‑esteem, and executive functioning challenges.

If you’re seeking clarity, growth, or a shift in direction, I’d be glad to meet with you and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
