We provide psychological and neuropsychological evaluations for adolescents and adults to better understand attention, learning, cognitive strengths, emotional functioning, and developmental differences. Services & Fees

Feedback and Additional Services

A feedback/results consultation is available separately for clients who would like to review their findings, recommendations, and questions with the psychologist.

If an evaluation raises an additional diagnostic question, or a client later requests further clarification, additional testing, collateral interviews, record review, diagnostic consultation, extended interpretation, report revision/addendum, or additional meetings are separate professional services.

Insurance

When appropriate, Herald Square Psychology will apply available insurance benefits to testing, interpretation, feedback, and additional evaluation services whenever the patient’s plan permits (e.g., Anthem / Evernorth). Coverage varies by insurance plan, medical necessity, authorization requirements, and the particular services performed. We will verify benefits when possible, but insurance coverage is not guaranteed.
